Drugs are substances that affect the brain and so addictive. People who use them want to experience the effects of drugs. Some drugs also affect the brain, such as medicines for epilepsy, but not taken by the user for this reason, the therapeutic is running. The Rotalin is a medicine which can be used for attention deficit disorder / hyperactivity, but also used in recent years as a drug.
